Markets open flat amid next round of trade war, bank stocks volatile

30-share BSE Sensex gained 74.68 points to start trading at 37,660.19. In initial trading, the index was holding on to the opening levels. The broader 50-share NSE Nifty too was trading flat and testing the key mark of 11,400.
