A $35 billion blunder! Deutsche Bank’s 2nd gaffe in four years

Earlier to the $35 billion payments error in March this year, Deutsche Bank AG had mistakenly sent 21 billion euros to Macquarie Group Ltd. as collateral for an over-the-counter derivatives trade in March 2014.
