Sensex gains 482 points to finish above 37,500; Nifty tops 11,300

On the BSE index, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, L&T, Sun Pharma and Reliance Industries were among the major gainers with their stocks surging as much as 4.61 per cent. 19 out of 30 stocks ended in green on the 30-share Sensex pack.
