RBI sends DHFL to NCLT for resolution

The Reserve Bank on Friday sent the crippled Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) to the bankruptcy tribunal, making it the first NBFC/HFC to be resolved under the insolvency and bankruptcy code.
