Five foreign investors shortlisted for majority stake in Yes Bank-backed ARC

Yes Bank will likely hold a minority share in the proposed ARC in line with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directions. The selected investor is likely to hold a majority as much as 80% to 85% in the new venture, one of the persons said.
